If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a return, please contact us at info@outliermtb.com or submit a return request through your customer account. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund will include the purchase price of the item and, where applicable, the cost of our standard outbound shipping option.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European union, this 14-day period constitutes your right of withdrawal, and you may cancel or return your purchase for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. If an item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in the refund may apply to reflect any loss in value. In cases where an item can no longer be resold, the reduction may be up to the full purchase price.

To get the item you want as quickly as possible, contact us to arrange a return for your current item. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
